The Change Management Workshop will feature presentations from Rachael Troughton, Head of Portfolio Strategy and Information Office at the Open University and Anne Mumford, Director of Change Projects at Loughborough University. Participants will also discuss their own challenges and barriers to prioritisation, and explore the key actions required to address these challenges.
