This Community of Practice Group brings together change management professionals from the Higher Education sector to discuss change management theory and practice - challenges, barriers, and tools and techniques to overcome these in the sector.
Organisational culture shapes ways of working and has a significant impact on approaches to process improvement and decision-making.
This will be the basis for our next session, Themed: 'Creating the right approach to change management that suits an organisation's culture'.
The session will seek to look at various approaches to change management employed across the sector, key themes emerging from these approaches and the approach that works for specific culture-types.
It will also feature a keynote presentation by our host and Continuous Improvement Manager for the University, Gretel Stonebridge titled "Making it Yours - The Leicester Story".
The agenda and full list of speakers are being finalised and will be published in due course.
Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and booking is required to attend.
SUMS Members - Free to attend
Non-Members - £250 (Non members will be invoiced once booking is received)
