This Community Practice Group brings together change management professionals from the Higher Education sector to discuss change management theory and practice - challenges, barriers, and tools and techniques to overcome these in the sector.

This session will be focused around 'Operationalising Continuous Improvement and Realisation of Benefits'.

We will build on discussions at the last event and aim to address some of the barriers to change management in the Higher Education Sector that were highlighted. The event will also include a tour of some of the teams that are using the continuous improvement tools.
