You are invited to join our Change Community of Practice on the second Monday of the month from May through to September.
As Business Change Leads we are all aware that the first stage in business transformation is establishing a sense of urgency.
Covid-19 has created a crisis - a sense of urgency - and as Change Leads we need to work with our Institution's Strategic Leaders to set the basis for sustainable change beyond the current crisis.
Members of the Change Management Community of Practice met at the beginning of April and we agreed that during this period we would meet virtually once a month to motivate each other and share best practice. During these sessions we will work our way through the various stages of major change, exploring how we are changing our ways of working (as well as associated protocols and procedures) taking advantage of new technologies; how institutions are using the current crisis to develop their Digital Transformation Programmes; and the fundamentals of change that we should seek to adopt to reap benefits from the 'New Normal' that will emerge after Covid-19.
