With this survey, we seek to explore the measures that universities have put in place during the Covid-19 crisis. In particular, regarding the following:
- Staff health
- General wellbeing
- Remote working enablement
We want to understand from our members and their staff, how much emphasis has actually been placed on the trio of allies to effective remote working. We want to find out what has worked, what hasn’t worked, and what should be kept in the future. The aim of this survey is to make recommendations to sector leaders about the positive steps they can take to enhance staff health, wellbeing and remote working enablement as we move out of lockdown into a steadier state of ‘accepted norm’.

Your responses will be kept anonymous, will not be attributed to yourself and will only be used for the purposes of this research. We welcome all constructive input.
