Sameer brings with him over 18 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications and education management and nearly 12 years of this has been within the higher education sector, predominantly at universities in the UK. He has also worked at an international university based out of East Africa. In all these roles he has been developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, supporting effective student recruitment from home and overseas, promoting research and developing an effective communications strategy. He has also been involved in implementing institution and department wide projects including CRM systems integration, website implementation and setting up of an international Centre for Continuing Education.
Sameer holds a first degree in Marketing (Distinction) and an MBA. As a full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and along with other professional networks Sameer brings strong knowledge from the education sector and is keen on using market insight to inform his plans. His key area of interest also includes market research and analysis.
When he is not working he spends time with his young family, reads fast paced fiction, swims and plays badminton.
