Graham is an Associate Consultant with SUMS Consulting. He recently supported a review of University IT and the IT Services Directorate at the University of Essex. Graham provided the external IT input to the process. This review work also involved comparator studies with benchmark UK Universities as well as a significant internal consultation exercise. He has also been working as part of a team of turnaround consultants for an FE College near London.

In 2017, Graham became a founding trustee for a charity called Calderdale Cycling Without Age.  This is an exciting project involving electrically powered TriShaws, three-wheeled bikes. The aim of this international programme, which originated in Denmark, is for volunteers to take elderly folk on short bike rides with the principles of generosity, slowness, storytelling and building new relationships. The team are hoping that enough funds can be raised to pick up the first TriShaw from Copenhagen and cycle it back to Halifax in time for Summer 2018.
