Lucy is a change management specialist with experience in technology driven and outcome focused change delivery. She has worked with clients in the higher education, manufacturing and financial services sectors to deliver large-scale technology transformation, adapting organisations to a changing marketplace through innovation.

She has extensive experience delivering next-generation operating models, most recently deploying digital tools and advanced analytical processes to improve regulatory monitoring in a leading UK retail bank. Prior to this she worked with the University of Oxford to manage a data analysis programme which informed COVID-19 response strategies for the United Nations, World Bank and a number of global governments.

With a background in Business Readiness, Lucy brings a unique people focus to technical and organisational change programmes. Her role in the divestment of a new bank following the financial crisis saw her lead efforts to ensure minimal customer and colleague impact as a result of the European Commission mandated change. She similarly facilitated a human centred approach to the dual challenges of Brexit and GDPR in 2017 for clients within the Asset Management and Insurance sectors. More recently, Lucy redesigned the governance processes of a UK manufacturing company, modernising ways of working post-COVID-19 and introducing senior leadership touchpoints which helped the business pivot from a product led to a customer centric operating model.

Lucy holds a Masters in Finance from Cambridge and, as a keen baker, enjoys creating bespoke vegan cake recipes with her husband and two children in Oxfordshire.
