Tracy specialises in leadership with particular experience in delivering organisational change.  Tracy has developed successful tools and models for engaging people in the context of transformational change, carefully and thoughtfully managing the impact of change on individuals and teams, to enable the delivery of intended outcomes and benefits.

During her career in policing, Tracy experienced world-class training and development in leadership skills. Reaching the rank of Chief Superintendent, Tracy was a senior investigator, headed up public protection, was the Police Commander for North Somerset. Latterly she redesigned the department responsible for Strategic Development, Performance and Planning.  She was the Senior Responsible Owner for the delivery of the first shared services joint venture company for a UK police force.

For five years until 2020, Tracy was the Head of Change Management at the University of Bristol, where she utilised her previous experience to design and deliver a new model for Change Management.  Training and coaching colleagues at all levels and specialisms in change management and change leadership enabled leaders and managers to use the model, tools and techniques to support their teams through significant and wide-ranging organisational change.

An accredited coach and mentor, Tracy supports senior leaders, and those aspiring to senior leadership, in growth, development and the achievement of personal objectives.

Tracy is a Member of the Association for Coaching and has been a volunteer mentor for the Bristol Stepping-Up programme.  In her free time, Tracy sings with the Rock Choir, loves hiking in remote places with her dog, paddle boarding, and exploring the UK in her campervan.
