Operations Manager

Rob is responsible for operational management across the three business areas of the SUMS Group – SUMS Consulting, SUPC and Procurement Shared Service (PSS). He will also be working on the delivery of the PSS offerings including the Procurement Maturity Assessments, Value for Money Procurement Assessments and PSS consulting activity.

Prior to joining the team in January 2019, Rob worked primarily within financial services and B2B sector companies including Prudential, Covea and Avantia. Rob was also the Head of Retail Contact Management for Camelot, where he worked for 10 years.

Rob is a PRINCE2 practitioner, is qualified in Lean Six Sigma and brings over 20 years of operational management experience to our team.
