SUMS Group contact details are changing!

What does this mean for members?

• • • Our outward and inward facing email addresses will change and be formatted as initial.surname@sums.ac.uk
    • The new contact email for SUMS Consulting will be consulting@sums.ac.uk
    • Any access to areas within your platforms under the current Reading email address will need to be replaced with the new @sums.ac.uk email address. You have 12 months to do this as the Reading accounts will remain live for a year post migration
    • We advise asking your IT department to add @sums.ac.uk to the white (safe) list so that emails are not caught in spam filters
    • Our telephone numbers will change and will be communicated on our website in the coming weeks, to give everyone time to ensure any changes are made on your own internal databases.
    • This transition is part of improvements to our IT systems, necessary for the SUMS Group to continue to grow and better serve our members.
