Charlotte Livingston

Charlotte's areas of specialism are estate strategy and integrated strategic planning, governance, collaborative organisational decision making and space management. She is an energetic and engaging facilitator.

With degrees in both civil engineering and architecture, and a fellowship in Operations Management from Cranfield, Charlotte came to Higher Education following 15 years leading Transformation in manufacturing industry, with companies such as Kelloggs, Mars Confectionery and Pilkington Glass.

She has worked across the HE sector now for 20 years, supporting various Universities from Oxford to Southampton Solent and Gloucestershire. For the last 6 years she has been engaged at Warwick as Head of Strategic Programmes and Governance, enhancing governance processes, and capital planning, leading masterplanning consultation, developing a balanced scorecard and a suite of strategic programmes to deliver on the estates objectives.

Charlotte sits on the AUDE executive board as Co chair of AUSM (the Space Management special interest group). She also teaches entrepreneurship and leadership at Oxford Brookes Business School, and is a British Cycling Breeze Champion.
