Christian is an accomplished technology & Lean Six Sigma Consultant with 25 years of complex large scale transformation expertise. He scoped, led and delivered numerous business transformations, IT, ERP and outsourcing programmes to a variety of Blue-chip, FTSE 250, public sector and HE organisations.
Extensive ITIL service management, Business Intelligence skills, supply chain & vendor management skills, ranging cross industry (financial services /insurance, manufacturing, software, media, transportation, HE, public sector).
Multi-cultural exposure having worked on projects based in UK, France, Austria, Holland, Germany, Czech Republic, and USA. A dynamic people orientated leader, problem solver, accustomed to working under pressure, who establishes credibility through effective delivery. Christian joined SUMS as an associate in 2023 after 25 years in IT services, business process improvement and strategic sourcing solutions across multiple sectors.
has worked over many years on a wide variety of major transformation deals, including sourcing strategy, target operating model design, business process improvement, implementation and exit advice and has significant experience in audit, compliance, risk management, organisational change and contract preparation and negotiations.
Previously, as an IT leader for Data Analytics for GE Insurance Solutions: Christian delivered a global data warehouse for the world’s 4th largest insurance company over an 18-month period leveraging a multi-sourced model with 4 vendors across the application service tower. He led a team of 30 developers in agile with 3-week sprints across 4 time zones.
Christian founded Global Outsourcing eXchange (GOX) in 2007 a digital workflow for SME’s to procure IT services, and is currently bringing financial discipline to the Parish of Little Venice. He is an active Alumni Member for LSE and Royal Holloway University and recently organised a 25-year reunion at RHUL that was a success.
